As much as possible, try sleeping at a fixed time every night. Our brain is trained to remember our daily sleeping time based on past patterns. Therefore, you usually fall asleep faster when you sleep at a fixed time every single night.

Early to bed, early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy & wise. Try to sleep by 10 pm and wake up by 5 am. Start your studies during early morning hours when mind is fresh.
